Alison bakes bread, but the dough rises a bit too fast. But the resulting bread is very nice, even though we had a dispute over adding sugar to the dough.

Not sugar blackstrap molasses!
And I didn’t add it to the dough; I fed it to the yeasties before making the dough. So there.

And I use sugar ….Every day I eat self baked bread…It is only difficult to cut it ordinary. Has anyone an suggestion. I get often many pieces….Snappen jullie mij wel? Mijn brood brokkeld gewoon bij het snijden!

Let it rise longer, so the chains are longer and it’s thougher.

That’s impossible with a bread-machine. It goes his own way. It must be a Dutch machine…
