The entire IKEA business model is built on the premise of not having a “face”. It is glorified lumberyard in IMHO – one which I have a love / hate relationship with, having furnished my entire apartment from scratch with their stuff.

You should take your complaint higher up, and keep going up the food chain ’til you get your apology. Point out that on that day, at least, “IKEA” was Swedish for an insufferable lack of common sense.

Ach Mark, lees ik eindelijk weer eens je loglog (en nog een keer log, je kunt ook overdrijven hoor ;)), blijk ik een frauduleuze broer te hebben.
Volgende keer moet je gewoon, na een nieuwe pan te hebben gekocht (heel slim van jou), bij dezelfde tuthola met een stalen gezicht de oude pan ruilen met de nieuwe bon en geld terug vragen; niet zo leuk natuurlijk, maar scheelt je veel ergernis en je kunt gewoon klant blijven bij IKEA, alleen kun je dat niet zo leuk in je logloglog zettten.
