Teva
The sole of my Teva sandals came off. I have another pair somewhere, but I can’t find it. Maybe I left it somewhere while camping?
So I have to repair it, because with this weather you want to use sandals. Luckily I have enough clamps to glue the sole back on. It’s good for another year or two, than the sole will be completely without profile. I bought these almost 10 years ago, so I certainly got value for money.
It’s too bad that I have to wear hot boots and thick socks at work, because things could fall on my feet and there are nails everywhere.

I didn’t realize you were in construction. I’ve got a pair of Birkenstocks that will also be finished after this summer. They’re comfortable, but I’d like something more durable with the same amount of comfort. Plus, you’re supposed to maintain Birks by applying glue to the sides all the time.

pls. tell me what kind of glue you recommend. I have two pairs (both old) whose soles both “fell off” this year. Thanks.

Contact Glue (Cement). Put a thin layer on both sides, after you’ve sanded them with sandpaper so they’re rough. Wait 15 minutes and press firmly together.
